Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Content Creator. The Content Creator will be responsible for producing high-quality and engaging written, visual, and multimedia content to effectively communicate key messages and sustainability initiatives. The role involves researching and generating ideas, developing creative narratives, crafting social media content, managing content calendars, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align messaging. Additionally, the Content Creator will analyze content performance and optimize strategies to increase engagement and reach.
Qualifications
1. Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Journalism, or related field. or equivalent experience
- 2-5 years proven experience creating content for social media, websites, or digital campaigns
- Portfolio of past work: posts, videos, reels, blogs, etc
- For Saudi citizen only
2. Skills
- Content creation: Strong writing + storytelling in Arabic + English. Ability to write scripts for reels/TikTok/YouTube Shorts etc
- Design basics: Canva, Adobe Express, Photoshop, or similar for thumbnails + graphics
- Video editing: CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or InShot for short-form video
- Platform knowledge: Deep understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, X/Twitter algorithms + trends
- SEO basics: Keyword research, headlines, meta descriptions for blogs/articles
- Analytics: Comfortable reading insights from Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn to improve performance
3. Soft Skills
- Creativity + trend awareness
- Strong communication and teamwork
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects
- Understands brand voice and can adapt tone for different audiences
4. Nice to Have / Bonus
- Experience in your industry. For you: environment/sustainability/waste management sector is a plus
- Basic photography/videography skills + own equipment
- Knowledge of AI tools: ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc. for ideation
- Arabic & English copywriting with dialect + Fusha flexibility
Responsibilities :
1. Content Development
• Develop and write high-quality content across platforms: website, newsletters, and blogs
• Draft corporate materials including press releases, announcements, internal communications, and executive messages
• Translate technical and environmental concepts into clear, engaging, and audience-friendly content
• Create scripts for videos, campaigns, and awareness initiatives
2. Corporate & Strategic Content
• Support Business Development with content for company profiles, and presentations
• Document key projects, case studies, and success stories
• Align all content with company positioning and regulatory environment
3. Content Strategy & Planning
• Develop and manage a structured monthly content calendar aligned with business priorities
• Identify relevant industry trends (environmental, sustainability, ESG)
• Maintain a consistent tone of voice aligned with corporate identity
4. Content Performance & SEO
• Produce SEO-optimized website and blog content
• Monitor analytics using Google Analytics and platform insights
• Generate periodic performance reports with actionable insights
5. Brand Governance & Quality Control
• Ensure all content complies with corporate communication policies and brand guidelines
• Maintain consistency in messaging, terminology, and visual identity
- Coordinate internal approvals and content review workflows
