About the Job:
We are seeking a highly efficient and creative Content Creator to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality visual and multimedia content tailored for digital platforms including Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Facebook. You will also work with influencers and artists to create engaging, collaborative content that elevates our brand presence.
You will play a key role in driving brand engagement through compelling videography, graphic design, influencer coordination, and trend-driven content creation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Videography: Plan, shoot, and edit video content for product showcases, promotional campaigns, collaborations, and social media.
• Graphic Design: Create visually appealing graphics, banners, and promotional assets using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
• Reels & TikTok Content: Develop short-form, on-trend, and visually engaging content tailored for Reels and TikTok.
• Influencer & Artist Collaboration:
• Identify and coordinate with suitable influencers and artists
• Plan and direct collaborative shoots (content, product highlights, unboxings, etc.)
• Maintain professional and timely communication with collaborators
• Social Media Optimization: Adapt content to various platforms ensuring maximum engagement and reach.
• Content Planning: Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm ideas, plan content calendars, and execute creative campaigns.
• Efficiency: Deliver high-quality content on time while ensuring brand consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging.
Requirements:
• 1+ year of experience in content creation, social media, or a similar role
• Hands-on experience with video editing apps (e.g., CapCut, Canva, VN, InShot, Adobe tools)
• Strong understanding of social media trends, especially Instagram and TikTok
• Ability to work with influencers/artists and direct video/photo shoots
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Bonus Points:
• Experience in the fashion, jewlery, or beauty industries
• Ability to style and photograph products creatively
• Experience managing social media pages or influencer campaigns
Remuneration: Attractive salaries on par with industry standards are negotiable according to the experience and qualifications of the individual.
