Content Creator Jobs in Singapore, Singapore at Tag

Role Overview

We are looking for a mid-level Content Creator with 2 to 4 years of hands-on content experience.

This role is for a new breed of creative maker who can take content from idea to final delivery.

We are not looking for a traditional video editor or a pure designer. We are looking for a hands-on, content maker who can think, shoot, design, edit, and deliver digital content end to end, using the right tools to move faster without losing creative judgement, quality, or craft.

The ideal candidate is social-first, resourceful, and comfortable working across different levels of production, from quick lo-fi mobile content to more polished desktop-edited content. They should be able to create video, static, and generic digital content required for social and digital accounts, excluding UI/UX, websites, and apps.

This person should also be comfortable using AI tools to speed up ideation, writing, storyboarding, production planning, content variations, and overall workflow efficiency.

Role Purpose

This Content Creator role is critical for accounts that require fast, flexible, and high-volume digital content creation.

The role bridges the gap between idea and output by having someone who can think creatively, shoot practically, design clearly, edit efficiently, and deliver final assets with minimal handholding.

By combining social understanding, production skills, post-production capability, digital design craft, and AI-enabled workflows, this person strengthens the team’s ability to create content that is timely, relevant, efficient, and well-crafted.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Content Creation

  • Develop content ideas based on briefs, brand needs, platform behaviour, and audience relevance.
  • Turn ideas into simple scripts, captions, shot lists, storyboards, and content plans.
  • Shoot content involving people, products, spaces, events, or experiences.
  • Edit content from rough cut to final export, including pacing, supers, subtitles, music, transitions, and basic motion graphics.
  • Design simple static posts, social assets, digital layouts, and generic content required for account delivery.
  • Prepare final files according to platform, client, and internal delivery requirements.

Social and Digital Content

  • Create content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
  • Understand social content formats, hooks, pacing, trends, creator behaviours, and platform expectations.
  • Have a working understanding of how algorithms and engagement patterns influence content performance.
  • Adapt ideas into platform-appropriate formats without making the work feel too traditional or corporate.
  • Support a range of digital outputs, excluding UI/UX, websites, and apps

Production and Shooting

  • Be physically present when content needs to be captured on location, including client spaces, stores, attractions, launches, events, or product shoots.
  • Understand basic production techniques including lighting, framing, sound, composition, product shooting, and shooting people on camera.
  • Be confident enough to guide simple on-camera moments, product setups, and social-first scenes.
  • Work professionally with clients and stakeholders during shoots when required.
  • Be resourceful on the ground and able to solve practical production challenges quickly.

Editing and Post-Production

  • Create quick lo-fi edits using mobile-first tools such as CapCut or native platform editing tools.
  • Create more polished edits using desktop tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
  • Apply basic motion graphics, captions, text overlays, transitions, and platform formatting.
  • Understand export settings, file formats, aspect ratios, compression, and delivery requirements.
  • Ensure all final files are clean, properly formatted, and ready for client review or publishing.

AI-Enabled Workflow

  • Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, Adobe Firefly, and other accessible AI resources to improve speed, efficiency, and creative development.
  • Use AI to support brainstorming, copywriting, scripting, storyboarding, content planning, image generation, visual exploration, and workflow improvement.
  • Be resourceful in finding free or accessible AI tools that can help the team work faster and smarter.
  • Use AI to create more time for better creative thinking, better production planning, and higher-quality output.
  • Understand that AI is a support tool, not a replacement for taste, judgement, and craft.

Design and Digital Craft

  • Have a real working understanding of graphic design for digital and social content.
  • Be able to create static posts, story frames, simple carousels, generic digital assets, social layouts, and basic branded content.
  • Understand layout, hierarchy, typography, visual rhythm, brand consistency, and digital readability.
  • Work with creative leads, art directors, designers, and account teams to ensure the work feels aligned with the brand.
  • Maintain a good standard of visual craft across both video and static content.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in content creation, social content, digital content, or related creative production.
  • Experience creating content from concept to final delivery.
  • Strong hands-on ability in shooting, editing, designing, and exporting content.
  • Working knowledge of social platforms and digital content formats.
  • Ability to create both video and static content for social and digital accounts.
  • Proficiency in mobile editing tools such as CapCut/IG Edit or any equivalent mobile applications.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of Adobe After Effects.
  • Working understanding of Adobe Creative Suite, especially for digital and social asset creation.
  • Basic production skills including lighting, framing, audio, composition, and shooting people or products.
  • Ability to write simple scripts, captions, hooks, supers, and content copy.
  • Ability to create simple storyboards, shot lists, and content plans.
  • Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, Adobe Firefly, and other accessible AI resources.
  • Good sense of design, layout, typography, and visual hierarchy for digital content.
  • Strong ownership, resourcefulness, and ability to work independently.
  • Comfortable being on location and interacting professionally with clients during shoots.

Preferred Qualities

  • A hands-on maker who enjoys creating, not just planning.
  • Social-first in thinking, but grounded enough to deliver practical account work.
  • Able to switch between fast lo-fi content and more polished branded content.
  • Resourceful with tools, AI platforms, references, and production workarounds.
  • Comfortable with both video and static output.
  • Able to work quickly without letting quality drop.
  • Curious about social trends, creator formats, digital behaviours, and emerging AI tools.
  • Good taste in pacing, music, visual composition, typography, and storytelling.
  • Able to take creative direction well and improve work through feedback.
  • Confident enough to manage simple client interactions during shoots.
