We are looking for a creative, trend-savvy, and detail-oriented Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing engaging digital content across multiple platforms to enhance brand awareness, audience engagement, and online presence.
You will play a key role in developing visual, written, and multimedia content that aligns with brand identity and supports marketing and communication goals.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality content for social media, websites, blogs, and digital marketing campaigns
- Develop creative concepts, scripts, captions, and visual storytelling ideas
- Produce photo, video, and short-form content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to align content with brand strategy
- Research trends, audience behavior, and competitor content to improve engagement
- Edit and optimize content for different platforms and audiences
- Assist in planning and executing content calendars and campaigns
- Ensure all content is consistent with brand tone, style, and messaging
- Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on analytics
- Support promotional campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives
- Stay updated with digital trends, tools, and content creation best practices
- Manage basic content scheduling and posting across platforms
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for creative campaigns and ideas
✅ Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Digital Marketing, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing (fresh graduates welcome)
- Strong creativity and storytelling skills
- Basic skills in photo/video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar)
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital trends
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong attention to detail and visual aesthetics
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude with a willingness to experiment and innovate
- Strong time management and organizational skills
