🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Create and curate engaging content for our website, social media platforms, blogs, and marketing campaigns.
- Develop original written, visual, and video content that aligns with our brand voice and marketing goals.
- Stay up-to-date with trends in digital content, social media, and marketing to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies that drive engagement, lead generation, and brand awareness.
- Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Monitor the performance of content and analyze engagement metrics to optimize future content.
- Assist with content planning, content calendars, and campaign strategies.
- Produce and manage multimedia content, including videos, graphics, and photography.
- Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and feedback across digital platforms.
- Ensure all content is optimized for SEO and adheres to best practices for digital visibility.
✅ Requirements
- Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or similar role in content production.
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with a strong understanding of grammar and tone.
- Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
- Experience with social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Social Media Insights).
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience optimizing content for search engines.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines while maintaining quality.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative mindset with a passion for content creation and digital storytelling.
- A portfolio of past work or samples (written, video, graphic design, etc.) is highly preferred.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is a plus.
