About the Job :
We are looking for a Content Creator who knows how to make people stop scrolling.
Someone who can walk into a studio, pick up a camera, and come out with content that feels real, warm, and on-brand.
You will be on the front line of how MAZYOUD looks and feels to thousands of Algerian families every day.
Your Tasks :
Content Production
→ Shoot and edit short videos, reels, and stories for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
→ Produce daily content that is on-brand, platform-native, and engagement-driven.
→ Capture product shots, lifestyle visuals, and behind-the-scenes moments.
Storytelling & Creativity
→ Bring creative ideas that tap into trends while staying true to the MAZYOUD identity.
→ Write short, punchy captions that match our tone.
→ Propose fresh angles and formats that make our content stand out.
Execution & Collaboration
→ Follow the content calendar and deliver on time, every time.
→ Work closely with the Social Media Manager and marketing team.
→ Assist during studio and outdoor shooting days.
Your Profile :
Experience
→ 1 to 3 years of experience in content creation, ideally for a brand or e-commerce.
→ A portfolio or social media page that demonstrates your shooting and editing style.
Key Skills :
→ Confident with a phone camera and basic equipment.
→ Proficient in CapCut or similar editing apps.
→ Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Stories formats.
→ Ability to write simple, clear captions in Arabic and/or French.
Personal Qualities :
→ Creative eye with fast execution, you don't overthink, you create.
→ Organized, reliable, and comfortable with deadlines.
→ Naturally at ease around kids and family environments.
→ Always watching trends and thinking about how to apply them.
Nice to Have :
→ Basic graphic design skills (Canva or similar).
→ Experience shooting fashion or lifestyle content.
→ A personal TikTok or Instagram with an engaged following.
