Role Description
Content Creator – Full-time, Onsite (West Jakarta)
This is a full-time, onsite role based in West Jakarta. We're looking for a Content Creator who has experience in social media and knows how to make content that engages. You'll be on the frontlines of our brand — creating, testing, and iterating content daily across organic and paid channels.
What You'll Do
- Create high-volume, engaging content for TikTok and Instagram
- Develop and test multiple content angles to find what resonates with our audience
- Produce video content from concept to final cut
- Work closely with the Creative Team Lead to execute briefs on time and on-brand
- Stay on top of trends and bring fresh ideas to the table consistently
- Review performance and iterate based on what the data shows
What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience as a content creator, preferably in personal care or beauty
- Confident on camera and skilled behind it — shooting and basic editing is a must
- Strong instinct for what works on TikTok and Instagram
- Able to produce content in high volume with good quality
