We're OOB 👋 a social-first creative agency fuelling global brands with strategy, content and culture. From killer campaigns to high-impact content, we make brands unmissable. Now, we're looking for a content-first creative to join the team and help lead the charge across channels.
This one's for the content-obsessed
From lofi to hifi, you love creating content. You're the type to clock a trend and instantly know how to make it brand-worthy. From concept to camera roll, you move fast, edit well and never miss a beat. You know what flies on TikTok vs. Insta, and you've got a sharp POV on what makes content stand out.
Reporting into the Head of Social and co-founders, you'll sit at the heart of the social team, leading on a mix of F&B, fashion, music and luxury travel clients. From reactive ideas to brand-building content, your work will keep brands relevant, engaging and front of mind.
Your day to day?
Content ideation and creation, shooting lo-fi and hi-fi content, content editing, supporting the team on production and shoot planning, and working closely with our wider brand and video teams to bring everything to life. You'll also track what's working and feed those learnings back into the creative, because smart content deserves slick execution and a results loop to match.
We're looking for someone who
- Gets the power of a great hook 🪝
- Genuinely loves creating content and understanding what makes an audience tick
- Understands platform nuances (TikTok, IG, Reels, Stories, Shorts, etc)
- Is culturally tuned in, always spotting trends and moments
- Can edit fast and well – CapCut, Adobe Suite, Canva, whatever gets it done 🎬
- Is curious about AI tools and how they can make the work sharper, faster and more creative 🤖
- Has 2-3+ years experience in a similar role agency side
- Experience working with influencers or UGC creators
