Role Description:
The Content Creation & Production Lead is a high-impact hybrid creative and technical role responsible for managing the organization’s end-to-end content production ecosystem by bridging the gap between strategic storytelling, AI-powered content systems, and operational production management to ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and performance driven media content across all digital platforms, with the position focusing on three primary pillars: Creative Scriptwriting & Content Creation, AI Technology Management & Workflow Optimization, and Production Operations & Post-Production Oversight, while being responsible for transforming business objectives into compelling visual narratives and maintaining operational excellence, brand consistency, and production efficiency.
Job Description:
1. Core Scriptwriting & Content Creation
- End-to-End Scriptwriting: Personally draft, structure, and finalize highly engaging video scripts, narrative arcs, and concept storyboards optimized for digital media channels (Reels, TikTok, YouTube, programmatic ads).
- Hooks & Headlines: Engineer high-performance hooks, titles, and calls-to-action (CTAs) structured specifically to optimize retention and capture audience attention within the first 3 seconds.
- Brand Voice & Localization: Ensure all core messaging maintains strict alignment with corporate brand positions while adapting scripts flawlessly across native Arabic and English tonal registers.
- Audience Intelligence: Leverage AI analytics and predictive modeling tools to evaluate content trend cycles and refine scripts systematically using performance data.
- Narrative Pacing & Format: Properly format scripts for on-screen talent, explicitly integrating cues for visual directions, editing notes, and multi-platform text graphics overlays.
2. AI Technology Management
- AI Workflow Engineering: Select, deploy, and manage AI-powered content tools to automate and supercharge standard ideation, comprehensive market topic selection, and competitor channel analysis.
- AI-Augmented Copywriting: Utilized advanced LLMs and specialized prompt engineering as a core collaborative mechanism to generate rapid draft variations, content strategies, and hooks at scale.
- Audience Intelligence: Leverage AI analytics and predictive modeling tools to evaluate content trend cycles and refine scripts systematically using performance data.
3. Production & Operations Management
- Production Lifecycle Ownership: Secure full accountability over the production timeline from initial script approval to final platform delivery readiness.
- On-Set & Studio Direction: Coordinate physical setups, oversee technical lighting/audio constraints, and directly guide videographers, internal stakeholders, and external talent during production.
- Post-Production Oversight: Supervise and drive the editing loop (cutting, sound optimization, color grading, and format mastering) to ensure the technical output perfectly fulfills the script’s strategic intent.
- Asset Governance & Operations: Design, enforce, and govern secure cloud and localized physical storage archiving systems; implement strict version-control protocol across all raw and finalized marketing assets.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communications, Journalism, Media Production, Creative Writing, Digital Marketing, or any related field.
- Proven professional experience as a Scriptwriter, Copywriter, Creative Director, or related role producing measurable high-engagement video assets.
- Strong experience in physical set execution, including managing external studio spaces, technical production vendors, and multi-tier project timelines.
- Deep hands-on experience integrating generative AI systems within writing and media production workflows to improve operational speed and creative efficiency.
- Strong ability to supervise multiple concurrent production pipelines under tight deadlines without compromising quality standards.
- Solid operational familiarity with post-production platforms, including Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) and canvas layout tools.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, editors, videographers, and external production partners.
- Professional-level capability utilizing advanced AI writing tools such as ChatGPT and Claude alongside image and video orchestration models to support scripting and content strategy.
- Extensive experience handling Enterprise Cloud Infrastructure and Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms such as Frame.io, Google Drive, and Box.
- Excellent organizational, coordination, and workflow management capabilities within fast-paced production environments.
- Strong creative judgment with high attention to detail in both content quality and production execution.
