Role Description
The Content & Communications Manager will lead content creation and communication strategies for the International Club Berlin e.V. in a part-time capacity (30 hours per week). Key responsibilities include developing high-quality content for both online and offline communication channels, managing the club’s social media platforms, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging. The manager will also plan and execute communication campaigns, manage newsletters, and maintain the club's website. This is an on-site role based in Berlin.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in content writing, content strategy, and creative writing
- Skills in social media management, digital marketing, and content marketing
- Proficiency in proofreading, editing, and ensuring flawless, engaging communication
- Ability to create and manage newsletters and other communication materials
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with a diverse group of stakeholders
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities
- Excellent command of both English and German is essential
- Experience in event management or public relations is a plus
- A degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field
