The Goal
In this role, your responsibility includes putting Venda in the forefront and in the public eye. We are the premier event platform, and we want our brand to reflect this in all of the creative that goes out. You will be the brain of the content when it comes to ideas and bringing them to life and you will also be the bridge who publish the finished creative. We are still at the early stage, and this role gives you the opportunity to test out ideas even the so called ‘stupid ideas’. We want a disruptor who would turn chaos into creativity.

This is not a social media role. You own the full content pipeline end to end, from camera to feed, working directly with both founder
s
• Videography. Shoot and produce the VendaHQ brand explainer video (your first major deliverable) and ongoing brand video: founder story, vendor features, campaign and event coverage. You are our videographer, not just our edi
t
o.
• Photo and video editing. Edit vendor imagery and reels to the VendaHQ brand standard: obsidian and gold editorial palette, sharp corners, restrained typography. Final output quality
is
yous.
• Reel production. Produce the weekly Monday Spotlight reel: 15 seconds max, trending or afrobeat audio, hook in the first 2 seconds. This is the weekly anchor deli
v
erale.
• Social media operations. Run the 3-post/week calendar (Monday Spotlight, Wednesday Pairings, Friday mood tile), plus stories, comment replies, and

ndor ags.
• Creative tooling. All content is produced through our in-house Social Studio platform. You become its heaviest user and its best source of product feedback. You will also have access to Canva and other tools needed to bring your creativ

Commitment
This role is flexible; however, our expectation is that you’re available as at when needed, fully async, your own equipment. Deliverables-based, not hours-based. The Monday Spotlight post is non-negotiable; everything else flexes around your schedule. Start date: as soon

Compensation
This role is compensated in equity. You receive a meaningful ownership stake in VendaHQ Technologies Limited, earned over time through a formal vesting agreement, plus a monthly cash allowance for data.
