We're an independent creative agency specialising in brand building and advertising integrated in the Serviceplan Group. From crafting identities that last decades to campaigns that dominate culture, we partner with ambitious clients who understand that brand and ads aren't separate disciplines — they're the same conversation at different volumes.
We're growing. And we need a Conceptor / Creative Director who can lead both.
The Role
You'll own the creative output across two fronts: brand — identity, positioning, visual systems, tone of voice and advertising campaigns, activations and everything in between. You'll be the creative conscience on every brief, whether it's defining who a brand is or making sure the world can't ignore it.
Together with our Brand Strategist and Design Director you'll manage and mentor a team of art directors and designers. You'll present to clients at the highest level and you'll still be in the work, every day.
What You'll Do
// Lead brand identity projects from strategy to final system // Concept and direct integrated advertising campaigns across TV, digital, OOH, and social // Ensure brand and campaign work speak the same visual and verbal language // Build and maintain long-term creative relationships with clients // Mentor and elevate junior and mid-level creatives // Drive pitches // both brand and campaign briefs // Set and protect the creative standard of the agency
Your Profile
// 5+ years in a creative agency, 3+ as Creative Director or Senior Creative – Conceptor // A portfolio spanning both brand identity and advertising campaigns // Equally comfortable defining a brand system and cracking a campaign concept // Strong leadership // you inspire, not just instruct // Experienced in pitching and presenting to senior clients // Fluent in English and French // You see brand and ads as one discipline, not two silos
