We're looking for a Community Manager who genuinely loves people and knows how to make them feel part of something. You'll be the voice of MeetMinded out in the world — replying to what people say about us online, running webinars for our members, and building real relationships with our ambassadors and customers.

We're headquartered in Ljubljana city centre and the team works on-site. Our team is international and English is our first office language.
We trust good instincts and use data to pressure-test our thinking, not replace it. We hold ourselves to a high bar because we genuinely believe we're building something that can be the best in its space.

What you'll be doing:
– Monitoring Reddit and other platforms for conversations about us, and jumping in with helpful, human replies
– Running webinars for our members in English
– Building and maintaining relationships with our ambassadors
– Interviewing our members to surface stories, feedback, and insights
– Being the friendly, recognisable voice of the brand across our communities
– Spotting recurring themes in what members say and feeding them back to the team
What we expect:
– Excellent written and spoken English — you'll be the public face of the brand
– Confidence hosting live webinars and speaking to groups
– A natural people person who enjoys real conversations, online and off
– Strong writing that sounds human, warm, and on-brand
– Self-starter mindset — you don't wait to be told what to do
– Comfortable in ambiguity and happy to wear multiple hats
– AI-first approach
– Willingness to work from our office in Ljubljana
