Community Manager
Rate: $30-35 per hour, T4
Duration: 12+ months, fulltime hours per week.
Onsite 3x per week, days are flex.

Our client, a major national enterprise brand, is looking for a Community Manager to join their Enterprise Social team. 
This group acts as a Center of Excellence, overseeing social content, technology, governance, and strategy across all brand and sub-brand channels.

While content, creative, and publishing are already fully established, the team lacks a dedicated brand-focused community management function. This role will fill that gap – owning engagement, driving conversation, writing content, and representing the brand's voice across key platforms.

Responsibilities:
- Act as the brands primary social voice, engaging directly with audiences across channels.
– Develop and execute a community engagement strategy aligned to established brand voice.
– Increase engagement through timely, smart, and occasionally cheeky responses.
– Surface user-generated content and identify new engagement opportunities.
- Support major tentpole events and sponsorship campaigns.
- Use Sprinklr or similar tools for monitoring, engagement, and reporting.
- Collaborate with the Enterprise Social team and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:
– 3 + years in community management, social media, or digital engagement.
– Large brand experience required; agency background preferred.
– Strong understanding of brand voice and how to apply it in public interactions.
– Skilled at real-time engagement and online conversation management.

Experience with:
- Instagram & TikTok as priority focuses. Facebook, Pinterest, Snapchat are also channels of interest.
- Familiarity with Sprinklr or similar engagement platforms is required.
