Position Objective
The Community & Content Creator is responsible for developing and executing engaging digital content strategies to strengthen brand presence, audience engagement, and online reputation across social media platforms. This role focuses on content creation, community management, brand storytelling, and real-time event coverage while supporting the growth of assigned brands, particularly non-alcohol beverage categories.
The position will collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing team and cross-functional stakeholders to create impactful content aligned with brand objectives, consumer interests, and current digital trends.
Roles and Responsibilities
Content Creation & Brand Storytelling
- Create engaging video, photo, and digital content to support all assigned brands, especially non-alcohol brands.
- Develop creative content concepts aligned with brand direction, campaign objectives, and market trends.
- Handle end-to-end content production, including planning, filming, editing, caption writing, and publishing.
Social Media & Community Management
- Manage and respond to comments, inquiries, and messages across all brand social media platforms.
- Maintain positive online engagement and protect brand reputation through professional communication.
- Monitor audience feedback and support continuous improvement of brand interaction.
Brand Content Production & Representation
- Act as a host, MC, or Voice-Over (VO) talent for brand videos, campaigns, and digital productions.
- Support brand storytelling through creative and audience-focused content.
- Ensure all content reflects brand identity and communication standards.
Social Media Campaign Execution
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Executive to plan and execute social media activities across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
- Support campaign launches, promotional activities, and digital engagement initiatives.
Event Coverage & Real-Time Content Creation
- Support brand events, activations, and campaigns through photography, video coverage, and real-time social media updates.
- Create timely and engaging content to maximize event visibility and audience engagement.
Trend Monitoring & Content Innovation
- Stay updated on social media trends, viral content formats, platform updates, and emerging digital practices.
- Identify opportunities to improve content performance and audience engagement.
Team Collaboration & Additional Support
- Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to achieve brand communication objectives.
- Perform other tasks and responsibilities assigned by the manager.
Minimum Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in content creation, social media management, digital marketing, or a related position.
- Experience in video production, brand communication, or social media campaigns is preferred.
- Strong creative mindset with passion for storytelling and digital content development.
- Excellent writing, proofreading, and content editing skills.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, audience engagement, and digital content performance.
- Knowledge and experience in TikTok content creation, including:
- Video production and editing
- Creative use of platform features
- Understanding trending sounds, formats, and audience behaviors
- Ability to create engaging short-form video content for social media platforms.
- Ability to maintain brand consistency across all digital content.
- Strong creativity with excellent visual and storytelling skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
· Proficiency in Khmer and English is required.
- Positive mindset with willingness to learn and adapt.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-changing environment.
- Willingness and ability to travel locally and internationally for events, campaigns, content production, and brand activities.
