We are looking for a Community & Brand Experience Manager who will lead how people experience the Caarabi brand — both at the roastery and across our digital platforms
Role Overview:
The Community & Brand Experience Manager will be responsible for building and nurturing the Caarabi community through engaging experiences, storytelling, and meaningful brand interactions.
This role blends community management, events, marketing, and brand storytelling. You will ensure that every interaction with Caarabi — whether online, at events, or at the roastery — feels thoughtful, engaging, and aligned with our brand philosophy.
You will work closely with the founders, creative team, and operations team to shape how customers, partners, and the wider coffee community interact with the brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Community & Customer Experience
- Own and manage the customer experience at the Caarabi Experience Roastery
- Engage with customers, coffee enthusiasts, industry professionals, and partners visiting the roastery
- Build and nurture a strong community around the Caarabi brand
- Ensure every visitor experiences thoughtful hospitality, storytelling, and coffee education
- Collect customer feedback and identify ways to improve the overall experience
- Act as a brand ambassador for Caarabi at the roastery and external events
Events, Workshops & Experiences
- Conceptualize and execute coffee experiences, tastings, workshops, and cupping sessions
- Plan and host community events and brand activations
- Coordinate collaborations with:
- Cafés
- Restaurants
- Bars and mixologists
- Hospitality brands
- Lifestyle and creative brands
- Manage event logistics including planning, guest communication, setup, and hosting
- Represent Caarabi during public events, tastings, and industry engagements
Social Media & Content Planning
- Plan and manage the social media calendar and posting schedule
- Create engaging content including posts, reels, and stories
- Develop storytelling around:
- Coffee origins and processes
- New coffee launches
- Roastery life and behind-the-scenes moments
- Events and collaborations
- Educational coffee content
- Coordinate with photographers, designers, and the creative team
- Monitor engagement and optimize social media performance
- Interact with and grow the online community
Brand Partnerships & Outreach
- Identify and develop collaborations with brands, cafés, and creators
- Build relationships with hospitality partners and creative communities
- Plan collaborative marketing activations and campaigns
- Assist with PR outreach and brand partnerships
- Expand Caarabi’s presence within the coffee and hospitality ecosystem
Website & Digital Experience
- Coordinate with the website team for:
- product updates
- coffee launches
- event announcements
- storytelling updates
- Ensure the digital experience reflects the brand accurately
- Support online product launches and marketing campaigns
Marketing & Brand Activations
- Conceptualize and execute brand campaigns and marketing initiatives
- Support launches of new coffee releases and limited offerings
- Plan seasonal marketing activations and promotions
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and storytelling approach
Skills & Qualifications:Experience
- 2–5 years experience in community management, brand marketing, hospitality, events, or social media
- Experience working with lifestyle, hospitality, or consumer brands is a strong plus
- Interest or experience in specialty coffee, food & beverage, or hospitality culture
Skills
- Excellent communication and storytelling ability
- Strong social media management and content planning skills
- Event planning and community engagement experience
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Strong aesthetic sense and understanding of brand identity
