THE ROLE
We're looking for a Community & Social Manager to become one of the first hires in our Sydney team.
This role is all about building Australia's most engaged creator community. We want the very best creators who genuinely love executing for brand collaborations.
You'll be responsible for finding and attracting exceptional creators, building meaningful relationships with them and creating a community where they feel valued, supported and excited about every opportunity on the platform. You'll become the go to person for our creator network, helping shape their experience from their very first interaction with Invyted.
Beyond community, you'll bring the Invyted brand to life across social media and where needed creator events…we do love an event! Whether it's creating content, hosting networking events, meeting creators over coffee or helping support campaigns, you'll be at the heart of everything we do in Australia.
As one of our founding team members, this isn't a role where you'll sit behind a desk. You'll get stuck into every aspect of building the business, helping establish Invyted as the creator platform everyone wants to be part of.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build, grow and nurture Australia's most engaged influencer community.
- Identify, recruit and onboard high quality creators who align with the Invyted brand.
- Develop genuine, long-term relationships with creators, making them feel part of our journey from day one.
- Create initiatives that keep creators engaged, connected and excited to work with Invyted.
- Be the voice of our creator community, gathering feedback and helping shape future platform improvements.
- Own Invyted Australia's social channels, creating authentic content that showcases our creators, campaigns and community.
- Produce engaging short-form video content across Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn.
- Work alongside brands to ensure creators have an exceptional experience throughout every collaboration.
- Stay on top of creator trends, emerging talent and social platform updates to continually strengthen our community.
- Support campaign execution wherever needed, helping both creators and brands succeed.
- Collaborate across all functions including sales, customer success and marketing to help grow the Australian business.

- Someone who naturally builds communities and brings people together.
- Confident creating content and comfortable being on camera.
- Organised, proactive and able to juggle multiple priorities.
- Creative, energetic and always full of ideas.
- Happy working independently while also thriving as part of a small startup team.
- Excited by the opportunity to build something from the ground up.
- Willing to wear multiple hats and jump into whatever needs doing.
- Experience working with creators, talent agencies, hospitality, events or social media is highly desirable.
