Salary: $80,000 to $100,000 Depending on Expereince

Key Responsibilities (Communications Operations Lead):
- Draft, edit, and publish communications across multiple channels: email, website, intranet, printed materials, and social media
- Plan, schedule, and track communications campaigns for different audiences and initiatives
- Manage day-to-day activity on social media platforms, including content scheduling, engagement tracking, and responses
- Produce supporting content such as basic design, photography, video, and audio/podcast materials
- Coordinate with external vendors to manage outsourced creative projects and ensure timely delivery
- Maintain and update internal resources, training materials, and presentations for clarity and engagement
Qualifications (Communications Operations Lead):
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- 5–7+ years of professional experience in communications or a related field
- Strong writing and editing skills adaptable for multiple audiences
- Familiarity with social media management and digital communication platforms
