elea fights absolute poverty with entrepreneurial means. We invest philanthropic capital in and provide strategic support to innovative ventures in Asia, Africa, and Latin America that create lasting social impact for people living on less than USD 3 a day. Through visionary and economically viable models, and with our guidance, these portfolio ventures catalyze change within their ecosystems.
In 2026, elea celebrates 20 years of impact through entrepreneurship. We will mark this milestone with a global gathering of our community in September. For our Communications team, we are looking for a creative and hands-on colleague with a passion for storytelling, someone who brings innovative entrepreneurial solutions and the people behind them to life. You will join us for a six-to-nine-month assignment starting no later than June 2026.
Your Main Responsibilities
- Shape communications around elea’s 20th anniversary, bringing this milestone to life and further amplifying it through compelling stories across formats and channels, including live coverage, interviews, and real-time content production during the celebratory week
- Support the further development of elea’s storytelling and messaging, with a focus on shaping the narrative for our newly relaunched website (go-live summer 2026)
- Help build a stronger presence in Swiss, German, and international media through active outreach, including formats that go beyond traditional print coverage

- Provide editorial support across a range of formats and campaigns, from impact stories and annual publications to newsletters, social media, and seasonal content
- Contribute to elea’s social media activities, including content creation and community management
- Encourage and support colleagues in producing authentic content for multiple channels
