Job Description / Responsibility
Job Summary:
The Communication & Branding Executive will be responsible for developing and communicating the company’s brand story across digital platforms. This role will focus on crafting engaging narratives, managing social media communication, and strengthening the organization’s brand presence through impactful storytelling and content creation.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and write compelling brand stories, articles, and narratives that reflect the company’s vision, culture, and achievements.
- Manage and create content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook) aligned with the company’s branding strategy.
- Translate company initiatives, events, and milestones into engaging storytelling content.
- Collaborate with internal teams to collect insights, success stories, and updates for brand communication.
- Maintain consistent brand tone, voice, and messaging across all communication channels.
- Support employer branding initiatives by highlighting employee stories, company culture, and achievements.
- Monitor social media engagement and suggest ideas to improve brand visibility and audience interaction.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Skills Required: Digital Marketing (Social Media Marketing), Creative content writing, Storytelling, Story telling
Experience Requirements
- 1 to 4 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Garments, Textile
Additional Requirements
