Position Overview

Ribeye is seeking a Client Success Coordinator to support our growing Client Success team in managing and executing digital advertising campaigns across an expanding portfolio of clients.

This role serves as a foundational position within the Client Success organization, providing critical day-to-day support to Client Success Managers while developing core competencies in programmatic media, campaign operations, and client communication.

Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Execution & Operational Support

  • Assist Client Success Managers in the setup, QA, and launch of digital advertising campaigns across Ribeye’s proprietary platform
  • Ensure accuracy in campaign inputs including targeting, budgets, flighting, creatives, and tracking parameters
  • Monitor campaign pacing and delivery, proactively flagging discrepancies or risks
  • Support implementation of optimizations (e.g., budget reallocations, audience adjustments, creative swaps)

Reporting & Performance Analysis

  • Pull and compile recurring campaign reports (daily, weekly, monthly)
  • Validate data accuracy and ensure consistency across reporting sources
  • Identify initial performance trends and anomalies, escalating insights as needed
  • Assist in building client-facing reports and presentations

Client Communication & Support

  • Triage incoming client communications and ensure timely responses
  • Respond to routine client inquiries with oversight from Client Success Managers
  • Maintain organized documentation of client requests and campaign updates
  • Support preparation of client materials and post-meeting follow-ups
  • Attend client calls and capture notes for distribution

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Partner with Ad Operations and Business Development teams on campaign activation and updates
  • Assist in submitting and tracking internal support tickets
  • Coordinate timelines to ensure campaigns launch on schedule
  • Support communication between Client Success, Product, and Engineering teams by documenting feedback and issues

Operational Excellence & Process Support

  • Maintain internal trackers, campaign documentation, and workflow tools
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency in reporting, setup, and communication processes
  • Contribute to the development and documentation of best practices and SOPs

Qualifications

  • 0–2 years of experience in digital media, marketing, advertising, or a related field (internships included)
  • Basic understanding of digital advertising and/or programmatic ecosystem (preferred but not required)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented attitude with strong problem-solving skills

Growth Path

This role is designed as a stepping stone to a Client Success Account Manager position. Over time, the Client Success Coordinator will take on increasing ownership of client communication, campaign strategy, and performance insights.
