The Client Relationship Manager is responsible for managing high-value client relationships and overseeing coordination between public personalities, clients, and internal teams within a remote-first working structure. This role ensures that assigned accounts maintain strong communication, structured campaign execution, and consistent brand positioning across digital and public platforms while collaborating with distributed teams.

The position includes responsibility for supporting the brand image and social media presence of assigned celebrity personalities or public figures. The manager works closely with PR, digital marketing, and content teams to ensure that all communication, campaigns, and public engagements align with the client’s professional image and strategic objectives.

This role requires a confident and outgoing professional who can comfortably interact with personalities in the entertainment ecosystem while maintaining structured account management and professional communication standards. While the role operates remotely, the candidate should be open to travel when required for client meetings, industry engagements, events, or strategic coordination activities.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage and strengthen long-term relationships with assigned clients and celebrity personalities

• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and Moris Media’s internal teams

• Oversee social media coordination and digital presence for assigned public personalities

• Ensure brand communication and public messaging align with the personality’s professional positioning

• Supervise account deliverables, campaign timelines, and internal coordination across teams

• Coordinate with PR, digital marketing, and creative teams for campaign execution and brand visibility

• Support brand collaborations, partnerships, endorsements, and promotional opportunities

• Manage approvals, feedback loops, and strategic discussions with clients

• Monitor reputation, media coverage, and digital presence to maintain positive brand perception

• Assist in organizing interviews, appearances, public engagements, and promotional activities

• Provide structured reporting and performance updates related to assigned accounts

• Maintain strong professional relationships that contribute to long-term client retention and account growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Media, or a related discipline

• Additional training or certification in digital marketing, public relations, or brand communication is preferred

• Educational background suitable for client management and leadership responsibilities

Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in client servicing, relationship management, public relations, entertainment coordination, or social media account management is mandatory.
