What You Will Experience:
- Create change management strategies
- Analyze risk, benefit and impact of the changes
- Understanding about roll out project
- Understanding business transformation & implementation
- Prepare communication strategies and training material
- Support and help stakeholders on the process
- Monitor and evaluate the process
- Explore technology solutions to automate and optimize processes.
- Create any documents / administration needed
What is Required:
- Bachelor's degree from any major
- At least 9 years working experience in related field
- Having capability to manage project and interest to learn something new
- Have experiences roll out project
- Excellent command of English both in spoken and written.
- Strong communication, negotiation skills, creative to initiate problem-solving
- Willing to be placed in Perawang, Riau
