THE ROLE
We're looking for an experienced Category Management leader who is passionate about building products consumers love and bringing innovative ideas to market. This opportunity is focused on our Stationery category and may be filled at either the Category Manager or Director level, depending on the experience and leadership background of the successful candidate.
This is an exciting opportunity to own category strategy from concept through commercialization, partnering with cross-functional teams across Product Development, Design, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and our China-based sourcing and development teams. You'll have the opportunity to influence category direction, identify growth opportunities, and help shape the future of one of our key product categories.
Whether you're an experienced Category Manager ready to take the next step or an established Director looking to make an immediate impact, we're looking for someone who enjoys balancing strategy with execution in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Important:
This position requires prior stationery industry experience. While experience in adjacent consumer product categories is valuable, we're specifically seeking someone who understands the stationery market, consumer trends, product development process, and retail landscape.
We're focused on finding the right person, and as such, this position may be filled at either the Category Manager or Director level. Compensation will be commensurate with experience and the level of the role.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN
- Develop and execute category strategy to drive growth, innovation, and commercial success
- Lead product development from concept through commercialization
- Identify assortment opportunities using consumer insights, market trends, competitive analysis, and sales data
- Partner closely with Design, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Sourcing, and China-based teams to bring products to market
- Support retailer presentations, category reviews, and product line development
- Drive execution across timelines, product launches, costing, and commercialization
- Monitor category performance and recommend actions to improve sales, margin, and market position
- Help shape the future direction of the Stationery category while contributing to the continued growth of our Category Management organization
WHAT YOU BRING | EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, product development or related field
WHAT YOU BRING | EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
Required
- Experience in Category Management, Product Development, Product Management, or related consumer goods roles
- Stationery industry experience is required
- Strong understanding of product development, assortment planning, category strategy, and consumer trends
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product Development, Sales, Marketing, Design, Operations, and global teams
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while managing multiple priorities
- Willingness to travel, including occasional international travel
