Role Summary

This role will be responsible for managing product catalogue operations across all online marketplaces, ensuring best-in-class product listings, catalogue accuracy, content quality, and discoverability. The individual will drive catalogue excellence through timely product launches, listing optimization, quality control, and continuous enhancements to maximize customer experience and conversion. (Amazon Preferred)

Key Deliverables (Essential functions & Responsibilities of the Job):

  • Manage end-to-end catalogue operations across Amazon, Myntra, Ajio, and other marketplaces.
  • Create new product listings with complete and accurate product information, attributes, descriptions, images, videos, size charts, and taxonomy.
  • Ensure timely catalogue creation for all new product launches in line with business timelines.
  • Perform regular catalogue quality checks (QC) to identify and rectify listing issues affecting customer experience.
  • Enhance existing product listings to improve discoverability, search ranking, and conversion by optimizing titles, bullet points, keywords, A+ content (where applicable), and backend attributes.
  • Handle listing corrections, attribute updates, image replacements, size chart corrections, and content modifications across marketplaces.
  • Manage parent-child variation creation, product grouping, style-family creation, and catalogue merges/splits wherever required.
  • Coordinate with internal teams including Buying, Merchandising, Brand, Creative, Supply Chain, and Marketplace KAMs for seamless catalogue execution.
  • Monitor listing suppression, quality alerts, catalogue errors, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain catalogue hygiene by regularly auditing product information and marketplace compliance.
  • Track catalogue KPIs including listing success rate, live catalogue %, content quality score, and issue resolution TAT.
  • Generate periodic catalogue MIS reports and dashboards to monitor productivity and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Support marketplace-specific catalogue projects, process improvements, and automation initiatives.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: 3+ Years, preferably from fashion background.
  • Ownership-driven individual with a growth mindset, eager to learn, adapt quickly, explore new ways of working, and proactively drive process improvements.
  • Strong hands-on experience in catalogue management, product listing, content optimization, and catalogue troubleshooting across leading e-commerce marketplaces.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with expertise in XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, INDEX-MATCH, Power Query, data validation, and reporting.
  • High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and time management skills.
