Catalog Manager

We're hiring a Catalogue Manager to own end-to-end catalogue operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and more. If you love building systems, optimizing product content, and leading a team that keeps thousands of listings accurate, visible, and converting — this role is for you.
What you'll own:
Strategy & process
- Define and implement catalogue management processes for data consistency, accuracy, and compliance across all platforms
- Build and maintain SOPs to improve listing speed, accuracy, and scalability
- Ensure seamless integration between product, marketing, and operations teams
Content & listing quality
- Oversee content quality across all listings — keyword optimization, visual standards, and brand consistency
- Regularly audit catalogue data and drive initiatives to enhance visibility, ranking, and conversion
- Collaborate with creative and content teams on copy, imagery, and brand tone
Marketplace & issue management
- Liaise with marketplace account managers (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.) for issue resolution, reinstatements, and compliance updates
- Ensure timely resolution of catalogue errors, suspensions, and listing discrepancies
Analytics & reporting
- Track performance metrics — listing accuracy, content score, traffic, and conversion — using analytics dashboards
- Present regular catalogue health reports with actionable improvement recommendations to leadership
Team leadership
- Mentor catalogue executives on marketplace policies, tools, and best practices
- Coordinate with category, marketing, and operations teams to align catalogue goals with business objectives
What you bring:
- 5+ years of experience in catalogue or content management for eCommerce platforms
- Advanced knowledge of marketplace tools, listing automation, and analytics platforms
- Strong command of Excel — VLOOKUP, AI Tools, Pivot Tables — and marketplace dashboards
- Excellent attention to detail, leadership, and cross-functional communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, or a related field
