Job Summary:

The Business Initiatives Marketing Partner acts as a key contributor to the success of assigned product lines, serving as a knowledgeable resource and liaison across the organization. This position partners with internal teams to deliver research, insights, and operational support that strengthen product messaging and market alignment. The role plays an active part in advancing product priorities and enabling coordinated, cross-functional execution.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Maintains active communication and partnership with internal teams to help enhance and refine product-related initiatives.
  • Assists in the execution of product launches and ongoing initiatives by ensuring stakeholders have access to appropriate training, materials, and product information
  • Monitors established performance metrics and delivers reporting that supports data-driven insights for the marketing team.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of assigned product lines, market positioning, and competitive dynamics.
  • Support execution of product strategies by collaborating with the Product Strategy Manager and cross-functional teams.
  • Assist with product launches, marketing initiatives, sales enablement, and training efforts.
  • Coordinate marketing intake, asset readiness, timelines, and reporting to support efficient execution
  • Gather market and customer feedback to inform product improvements and strategic planning.
  • Act as a connector between customers and internal teams to support product-related communication and alignment.

Education & Preferred Qualifications:

  • One to two years of experience in marketing, product support, sales, or a related function; exposure to a manufacturing setting is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in marketing, advertising, business, engineering, communications, or a comparable discipline.
  • Demonstrates strong communication skills with a collaborative, creative approach to problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing workflows, product development, go-to-market strategies, and product marketing execution is beneficial.
  • Ability to apply project management practices and utilize relevant tools to manage deadlines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Strong attention to detail paired with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities while contributing positively within a team environment.

Physical & Mental Demands:

This position requires the ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation. Physical activities may include frequent sitting, occasional standing, walking, and climbing, and rare lifting or carrying of up to 30 pounds.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
