The Role

We’re looking for a driven brand leader to help execute large-scale, non-traditional initiatives spanning social-first storytelling, live activations, influencer programs, and partnerships.

Reporting to the Group Business Director, you’ll be a key driver of day-to-day execution — translating strategy into action and ensuring work moves forward with precision and speed.

This role sits at the intersection of big-picture thinking and real-world execution. You’re the person who makes sure the work actually happens — on time, on brand, and at a high level.

Core Responsibilities

Campaign Execution

  • Drive execution across social, partnerships, influencer programs, and live activations
  • Translate strategy into clear briefs and actionable workstreams
  • Track progress, flag risks early, and keep timelines on track
  • Ensure all work is aligned to brand voice and objectives
  • Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously without losing momentum

Agency & Partner Management

  • Serve as a key day-to-day contact for agency partners
  • Build strong relationships across creative, social, and experiential teams
  • Manage scopes, timelines, and deliverables
  • Coordinate with external partners and stakeholders to ensure alignment

Internal Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Strategy, Creative, Production, and Analytics teams
  • Support and help develop junior team members
  • Present work and updates clearly to stakeholders

Operational Excellence

  • Maintain structure across complex workflows
  • Build timelines, trackers, and systems to keep work organized
  • Anticipate challenges and proactively solve problems
  • Support measurement and performance alignment

Who You Are

  • 6–10 years of experience in brand, marketing, or account leadership roles
  • Strong experience executing non-traditional work (social, experiential, partnerships, activations)
  • Comfortable working closely with agency teams
  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Strong communicator who can translate strategy into action
  • Collaborative and relationship-driven
  • Energized by purpose-driven, culture-shifting work
