Requirements:
• 4 years of experience as a Business Development in the creative industry.
• Strong presentation & pitching skills and confident in front of clients and internal teams.
• Proven ability to bring in new clients and grow accounts.
• Solid understanding of creative workflows & agency dynamics.
• Ready to join as soon as possible.
Responsibilities:
• Lead business growth through pitching, networking, and nurturing client relationships.
• Maintain and develop key accounts to ensure long-term partnerships.
• Work closely with Account & Creative teams to translate business needs into strong strategic directions.
• Represent Salty Space with professionalism, clarity, and a spark of personality.
• Spot opportunities, propose solutions, and help shape the agency’s future.
Placement: Jakarta Selatan
