In Myanmar, we serve international development organizations and are now expanding our services to foreign brands and leading private sector businesses. We are also expanding into brand activation, events, and experiential marketing through Burma Neso, our sister brand.

The Role
We are looking for a driven, senior Business Development Manager to join our Yangon team and lead client acquisition across our growing portfolio of services.
This is a real sales role with real targets, real commission, and real responsibility. You will work closely with the founder and have the autonomy to build something meaningful. You will not be micromanaged, but you will be expected to deliver.
What You Will Do
- Identify and approach potential clients in Myanmar — foreign brands, FMCG companies, international organizations, and established private sector businesses
- Build strong relationships with marketing managers, communications directors, and brand decision-makers
- Lead pitch meetings, prepare proposals, and close deals
- Manage and grow client accounts after winning them — turning projects into retainers
- Represent Burma Productions across three service lines: creative production, DOOH advertising, and brand activation and events
- Work with the Yangon production team to ensure client satisfaction and smooth delivery
- Report pipeline progress to the founder on a regular basis
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 4 years of experience in sales and business development
- Background in media, advertising, or creative agency work strongly preferred
- A track record of winning new clients — not just managing existing ones
- Existing relationships with foreign brands or mid-sized businesses in Myanmar is a strong advantage
- Experience in brand activation, events, or experiential marketing is a plus
- Strong communication skills in both English and Burmese
- Professional, organized, and genuinely responsive — to us and to clients
