We deliver end-to-end content creation: video editing, motion graphics, graphic design and social media management. After two successful internship batches, where our interns went on to full-time roles, we’re expanding the core team.
Position: Business Development Executives
Location: G11 Markaz, Islamabad, Pakistan
Timing: 11 pm to 7 am (Night Shift)
Salary Range: PKR 60k – 75k+ (also bonus and commission)

Requirements
- Proven experience in online client acquisition and managing inbound/outbound leads through freelancing platforms.
- Ability to identify, qualify, and convert prospects through written proposals and structured communication
- Strong understanding of service-based sales cycles, especially for creative, digital, or post-production services
- Expertise in writing clear, persuasive proposals tailored to client needs.
- Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding monthly sales target.
