Key Responsibilities
- Digital marketing: Planning campaigns and executing them, coordinating with creative teams, monitoring performance metrics, preparing analytics reports, and maintaining campaign calendars.
- Product branding strategy: Developing and executing strategic product positioning and messaging frameworks that differentiate the solution in the market, ensure brand consistency across all channels, and directly support sales enablement.
- Managing online presence: Updating the Google page, social media platforms (including LinkedIn and Instagram), and the company's online profiles to ensure alignment with company imagery and themes.
- CRM management: Maintain and update customer data within the CRM system, conduct regular data cleansing, create targeted marketing lists, generate insights-driven reports, and support brand-focused marketing automation activities.
- Principal reporting: Gather and analyze data from multiple departments to prepare detailed monthly and quarterly reports for principals, ensuring timely submissions and maintaining well-organized records for brand performance tracking.
- Event coordination: Coordinate and manage the company’s participation in exhibitions, webinars, and seminars by handling event logistics, promotional materials, and team coordination, while delivering post-event reports and brand impact analysis.
