Role Overview
This role focuses on developing a powerful B2C brand strategy tailored to the Sri Lankan beverage market. You will play a key role in shaping how the brand connects with consumers — from positioning and storytelling to campaign direction and launch execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a clear brand strategy for the Sri Lankan B2C beverage market
- Define brand positioning, personality, tone of voice, and messaging
- Lead brand creation and development for new beverage products
- Translate strategy into creative direction for campaigns and content
- Guide social media and digital brand presence (Meta, TikTok, etc.)
- Conduct consumer insights analysis and competitor benchmarking
- Support product launch campaigns and go-to-market strategy
- Ensure all outputs align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives
Requirements
- Proven experience in brand strategy / brand management (B2C focus)
- Experience in beverage, FMCG, or lifestyle brands is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of Sri Lankan consumer behavior and trends
- Ability to connect strategy with creative execution
- Experience working with creative/digital agencies
- Strong storytelling and communication skills
