Ceylon Haurmet is expanding into the Sri Lankan consumer market with a new range of non-alcoholic, ready-to-drink beverages. We’re looking for a Brand Strategist to build a strong, modern, and consumer-driven beverage brand that stands out in a competitive landscape.

Role Overview

This role focuses on developing a powerful B2C brand strategy tailored to the Sri Lankan beverage market. You will play a key role in shaping how the brand connects with consumers — from positioning and storytelling to campaign direction and launch execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a clear brand strategy for the Sri Lankan B2C beverage market
  • Define brand positioning, personality, tone of voice, and messaging
  • Lead brand creation and development for new beverage products
  • Translate strategy into creative direction for campaigns and content
  • Guide social media and digital brand presence (Meta, TikTok, etc.)
  • Conduct consumer insights analysis and competitor benchmarking
  • Support product launch campaigns and go-to-market strategy
  • Ensure all outputs align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives

Requirements

  • Proven experience in brand strategy / brand management (B2C focus)
  • Experience in beverage, FMCG, or lifestyle brands is highly preferred
  • Strong understanding of Sri Lankan consumer behavior and trends
  • Ability to connect strategy with creative execution
  • Experience working with creative/digital agencies
  • Strong storytelling and communication skills
