About the Role
The Cocktail Story is looking for a creative thinker who can transform client briefs into compelling concepts, campaigns, and presentations. This role is ideal for someone who understands brands, culture, and consumer behaviour, and enjoys building ideas that can be brought to life through events, activations, retail, and experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Develop creative concepts for client pitches, activations, events, and brand experiences.
Build engaging, well-structured presentations with strong storytelling and strategic thinking.
Understand client objectives and convert briefs into innovative, executable ideas.
Research market trends, consumer insights, competitor activities, and global best practices.
Create campaign themes, event narratives, experience journeys, and activation ideas.
Work closely with the design, client servicing, and production teams to ensure concepts are both creative and feasible.
Support new business pitches and existing client proposals with fresh thinking.
Present ideas internally and refine concepts based on feedback.
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in brand strategy, creative strategy, advertising, experiential marketing, or event agencies.
Excellent presentation and storytelling skills.
Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Keynote, or Google Slides.
Strong research and trend-spotting skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Experience
Experience working with alcobev, FMCG, lifestyle, luxury, or hospitality brands.
Understanding of experiential marketing, events, and retail activations.
Familiarity with fabrication, production, and execution is an advantage.
