At Tipple Works Co., we build brands, experiences, and culture-led marketing for some of the most exciting names across alcobev, hospitality, restaurants, lifestyle, and premium consumer brands.
We are looking for a Marketing Strategist who understands both brand thinking and execution. Someone who can connect consumer insight, culture, digital behaviour, content, campaigns, and business goals into sharp, actionable marketing direction.
This is not a pure presentation role.
This is for someone who can think, write, structure, lead conversations, and help shape how brands grow.
What You’ll Do
- Build brand positioning, communication, and campaign strategies
- Develop marketing plans across digital, social, experiential, hospitality, and culture-led platforms
- Create content and communication frameworks for brands
- Work closely with creative, design, content, performance, influencer, and production teams
- Translate business goals into clear marketing roadmaps
- Research consumer behaviour, trends, competitors, and category movements
- Build pitch decks, strategy documents, launch plans, and campaign narratives
- Help shape new brand launches, hospitality concepts, and experiential campaigns
- Contribute to social media direction, influencer strategy, partnerships, and audience growth
- Work directly with founders, marketing teams, and premium brands
What We’re Looking For
- Strong understanding of branding, marketing, digital culture, and storytelling
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Ability to think both strategically and creatively
- Strong deck-making and narrative-building skills
- Someone highly organised and detail-oriented
- Deep interest in hospitality, lifestyle, culture, luxury, food & beverage, or alcobev is a big plus
- Comfortable managing multiple brands and projects simultaneously
- Ability to work in a fast-moving agency environment
Bonus Points If You
- Understand social-first brand building
- Have worked on premium, lifestyle, hospitality, fashion, alcobev, or experiential brands
- Understand influencer and creator ecosystems
- Can write sharp copy and campaign language
- Have experience with AI tools, marketing automation, or modern creative workflows
