Role Description
This full-time, on-site Brand Strategist role is based in Chennai. As a Brand Strategist, you will develop and execute effective brand strategies, manage branding projects, and ensure brand consistency across all platforms. Your day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing brand performance, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and crafting compelling brand stories that resonate with our target audience.
Qualifications – Brand Strategist
- Strong expertise in brand strategy, positioning, brand growth and development
- Experience in brand management, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
- Analytical mindset with ability to leverage market research and insights
- Creative thinker with a good understanding of fast fashion and consumer trends
- Relevant experience in fashion, retail, or lifestyle brands preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Familiarity with design and marketing tools is a plus
Roles & Responsibilities – Brand Strategist
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies aligned with business goals
- Define and refine brand positioning across all channels
- Ensure brand consistency across digital, social media, campaigns, and retail touchpoints
- Plan and lead integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with creative, marketing, and product teams to bring brand ideas to life
- Analyze campaign performance and consumer insights to optimize strategies
- Stay updated on industry trends, especially in fast fashion and consumer behavior
- Manage and maintain brand guidelines and assets
