About the Role
Majid Developments is looking for a dynamic and creative Brand & Social Media Specialist to lead our digital presence and brand communication. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social platforms, and coordinating with creative, event, and PR agencies to enhance brand visibility and market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow company social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Plan, create, and schedule high-quality content including posts, reels, and campaigns
- Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity
- Coordinate with creative agencies, event partners, and PR agencies for campaigns and activations
- Support the planning and execution of events, launches, and site visits
- Collaborate with internal teams for project updates and marketing alignment
- Monitor performance metrics and optimize content strategy accordingly
- Stay updated with industry trends, digital tools, and competitor activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in social media, branding, or marketing (real estate preferred)
- Strong content creation skills with a good eye for visuals and storytelling
- Experience working with agencies (creative / PR / events)
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Familiarity with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, or similar platforms
