We are seeking a high-energy, execution-focused Associate Product Manager (APM) – Brand Media & Activations to lead our expansion into high-traffic, public-facing media environments. This role is dedicated to an independent business vertical focused exclusively on locations outside of residential communities. You will be responsible for commercializing and executing premium OOH, DOOH, and BTL/ATL campaigns across airports, malls, transit hubs, and other high-footfall commercial zones.
This role requires a "hunter" mindset for sales combined with the logistical precision of an operations manager. You will own the full campaign lifecycle, ensuring that our brand partners receive maximum visibility while maintaining seamless on-ground delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Growth (30% Target):
Revenue Generation: Proactively build a sales pipeline to pitch OOH/DOOH inventory and BTL activation spaces to national brands, media agencies, and creative firms.
Client Management: Lead high-stakes negotiations with Marketing Heads and Media Buying teams to secure campaign placements across major transit and retail hubs.
Market Expansion: Identify and capitalize on new opportunities in high-traffic locations (airports, malls, metro stations, etc.) to expand our footprint.
Operational Execution (70% Execution):
Full-Cycle Project Management: Lead projects from initial site feasibility and procurement to final installation and performance auditing.
Vendor Ecosystem Management: Manage a diverse network of specialized vendors (fabricators, installation crews, digital tech support, and location partners) to ensure 100% campaign uptime.
On-Ground Troubleshooting: Act as the primary point of escalation for any operational hurdles, ensuring that all activations—regardless of complexity—are delivered flawlessly.
Quality Assurance: Conduct regular site visits and digital audits to ensure brand creative and technical displays meet exact contract specifications and premium quality standards.
Candidate Profile
Experience: 1–3 years of high-impact experience in media sales, brand activations, or OOH/DOOH operations.
Sector Expertise: Deep understanding of the OOH/DOOH landscape, specifically regarding airports, malls, and transit-based advertising.
Commercial Acumen: A proven track record of meeting revenue targets and managing the end-to-end sales cycle with brands and agencies.
Operational Rigor: You are a "boots-on-the-ground" professional. You have experience managing external vendors, logistics, and site-level compliance in high-security or high-traffic environments.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication. You must be comfortable presenting to corporate brand teams and equally effective at managing on-ground vendor crews.
