Brand & Marketing Strategist | Founder’s Office Jobs in Gurugram, Haryana, India at Collaboard.in
Collaboard is looking for someone who can think like a strategist, execute like an operator, and work closely with the founders across marketing, brand-building, and business growth.
This is not a conventional role. It sits at the intersection of Founder’s Office, Marketing Strategy, and Brand Execution.
You will work directly with the founders to:
-Build marketing strategies for the top 1%, think luxury, hospitality, lifestyle, and event-led brands
-Take ownership of execution from idea to rollout
-Support client communication, research, presentations, and planning
-Track ongoing campaigns, shoots, content calendars, and deliverables
-Bring structure to fast-moving creative and business decisions
-Identify new ideas, opportunities, trends, and growth angles
-Work across branding, social media, PR, content, collaborations, and campaigns
We’re looking for someone who is:
-Highly organized and proactive and understands the discretion neededwhile working with HNI clients
– Strong with communication and writing
– Strong with research, planning, and presentations
-Interested in marketing, luxury, culture, hospitality, and branding
-Able to think creatively but execute practically
– Detail-oriented, dependable, and hungry to learn
– Comfortable working closely with founders in a high-speed environment
This role is ideal for someone who wants exposure to how brands are built from the inside – from strategy and client thinking to execution, campaigns, and business growth.
Location: Golf Course Road Extention, Gurugram
Role Type: Full-time
Experience: 2-3 years preferred, but strong freshers may also apply
