Position Overview

The Brand Marketing & Social Media Manager will be the chief architect of our brand identity and market presence. This is a high-impact leadership role requiring a unique blend of strategic vision and dynamic execution. This position will not only own the content strategy for the China market but also lead omni-channel brand integration—bridging the gap between digital influence and offline presence.

The Brand Marketing & Social Media Manager should thrive on building professional networks while maintaining a deep, analytical mastery of social media ecosystems. This role will transform complex professional services into a credible, authoritative, and magnetic brand voice.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Brand Architecture & Layout

  • Develop and execute the long-term brand roadmap, ensuring a consistent and professional image across all touchpoints.
  • Design the cross-platform ecosystem layout, identifying which channels (Xiaohongshu, WeChat, Douyin, etc.) serve specific business goals.
  • Build a brand image that is knowledge-driven yet highly engaging, reflecting our authority in HR, Finance, and Legal sectors.

  1. Omni-channel Content Governance
  • Oversee the full content lifecycle, from high-level ideation and scriptwriting to final production and performance auditing.
  • Ensure online-to-offline (O2O) synergy: leveraging social media content to drive offline authority and using offline events/expertise to fuel digital growth.
  • Translate "dry" professional topics (tax, legal, compliance) into structured, high-conversion narratives.

  1. Public Relations & Ecosystem Building:
  • Act as a brand ambassador, proactively engaging with internal experts and external partners to extract real-world cases and insights.
  • Identify and lead collaborative opportunities (partnerships, industry forums, offline seminars) to expand brand reach beyond social media.

  1. Dynamic Execution & Performance Mastery:
  • Maintain a rigorous content calendar with clear yearly, monthly, and weekly deliverables.
  • Monitor engagement metrics and lead generation funnels, continuously optimizing strategy based on data-driven insights.
  • Manage and coordinate with creative vendors (editors, designers) to ensure world-class craftsmanship in every output.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience: 5–8 years of experience in Brand Management, Integrated Marketing, or Content Strategy.
  • Industry Background: Proven track record in B2B, Professional Services, Consulting, or High-end Finance.
  • Platform Expertise: Expert-level knowledge of Chinese social media (XHS, Douyin, WeChat Channels) with a portfolio of building/scaling brands.
  • Personal Attributes: Highly outgoing and proactive; ability to navigate professional social settings and "extract" expertise from internal stakeholders.
  • Language: professional Chinese (Mandarin) and English.
