As our APAC Brand Director , you won't just manage a logo—you will architect the narrative of the future of wealth. You will lead the charge in establishing Longbridge as the most trusted, innovative, and indispensable financial partner across the Asia-Pacific region.

The Role: Strategic Impact

We are seeking a visionary Brand Leader to serve as the custodian of our global identity and the engine for our regional expansion. Reporting to the executive leadership, you will harmonize our "AI-first" global vision with the nuanced cultural fabrics of markets like Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan and other APAC markets.

Key Pillars of Responsibility

  • Architect the Brand Roadmap: Define the long-term strategic positioning for Longbridge. You will lead the brand’s evolution from a disruptor to a market leader, ensuring our narrative scales alongside our product suite.
  • Orchestrate High-Stakes Expansion: Design the "Go-to-Market" brand playbook for new territories. You will own the pre-launch positioning, narrative localized testing, and early-stage brand equity building.
  • Drive Integrated Ecosystem Campaigns: Lead the conceptualization and execution of 360° campaigns. You will ensure a seamless "thread" of brand storytelling across PR, digital performance, social influence, and high-impact physical events.
  • Guard Integrity & Governance: Establish a gold standard for brand consistency. You will partner with Legal and Compliance to navigate the complex regulatory landscapes of APAC, ensuring our messaging is as compliant as it is compelling.
  • Champion Data-Driven Storytelling: Bridge the gap between "creative" and "commercial." Use sophisticated analytics and consumer sentiment data to measure brand health (share of voice, sentiment, and recall) and link brand equity directly to LTV and acquisition efficiency.
  • Lead a Regional Center of Excellence: Build and mentor a high-performing, cross-functional brand team. You will manage elite agency partnerships (Creative, Media, PR) to ensure we punch above our weight in a competitive landscape.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in brand and marketing leadership, with a strong track record in APAC regional roles within fintech, or consumer goods sector.
  • Strategic Leadership: Proven ability to shape and execute transformative brand strategies that drive measurable business impact
  • Regional Expertise: Deep understanding of APAC market dynamics, including cultural nuance, consumer behavior, and regulatory landscapes (experience in Greater China and Southeast Asia strongly preferred)
  • Commercial Mindset: Strong business acumen with the ability to link brand strategy to growth metrics and financial outcomes
  • People Leadership: Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing, cross-border teams within a matrix organization
  • Influence & Communication: Exceptional executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and align diverse teams
  • Execution Excellence: Hands-on and results-oriented, with a track record of delivering best-in-class integrated campaigns at scale
  • Technical Fluency: Familiarity with modern martech ecosystems, analytics platforms, and digital marketing trends
  • Language: Fluency in English required; Mandarin or other APAC languages is a strong advantage
