About The Role

We are seeking a highly versatile, in-house designer to join our dynamic brand team. This role is integral to bringing our visual identity to life across all touchpoints and channels. The ideal candidate will possess a broad skill set, capable of handling diverse design projects that range from paid advertising campaigns and editorial content to product marketing and event branding. You should be adept at creating compelling visuals for a variety of formats, including social media ads, executive presentations, data visualizations, and print collateral. Collaboration is key; you will work closely with marketing, editorial, product, and sales teams to develop creative assets that are not only visually engaging but also strategically aligned and performance-driven. The ability to translate complex ideas and data into clear, compelling visual stories is essential. This role requires a proactive mindset, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years of professional design experience, either in-house or at an agency
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise across digital, print, social media, and data-driven projects
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Canva, or equivalent tools
  • Experience designing for performance, especially in paid and conversion-focused environments
  • Ability to create clear and accurate data visualizations, charts, and infographics
  • Excellent typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills
  • Experience working within established brand systems and maintaining brand consistency
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute creative assets across a wide range of formats including paid media, organic social campaigns, and onsite promotions
  • Create long-form content such as white papers, reports, and other editorial materials
  • Develop data visualizations, charts, and infographics that communicate complex information clearly
  • Design sales collateral, print materials, and event branding assets
  • Design email templates and marketing assets to support campaigns
  • Develop presentation decks for internal and executive use
  • Contribute to logo and brand asset development as needed
  • Translate brand strategy into high-quality creative that aligns with company goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project objectives, target audiences, and use cases
  • Ensure all designs meet brand standards while allowing for system evolution where necessary
  • Prepare files for digital and print production, ensuring quality and accuracy
  • Balance speed and quality to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
