Brand Marketing Assistant – Fashion Brand Jobs in New York City Metropolitan Area at Fourth Floor
Our client, a popular fashion brand, is seeking a Brand Marketing Assistant to support performance marketing on a temporary basis.
Responsibilities:
- Execute key project management tasks, including maintaining timelines, scheduling meetings, and organizing project documentation to support marketing and creative campaigns
- Input promotional details into Jira, ensuring accurate setup and execution
- Create and manage Jira tickets for daily email campaigns, promotions, and site content refreshes
- Support Project Management, Marketing, and Creative teams with day-to-day coordination and workflow management
- Track project status and follow up with cross-functional partners to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met
- Assist with organizing campaign assets, approvals, and project recaps
- Help maintain accurate trackers, calendars, and reporting documents
Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or current pursuit of a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred
- Candidate is highly motivated, organized, and extremely attentive to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and problem solve efficiently
- Agile and adaptable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Works collaboratively and effectively across cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite, including Excel, SharePoint, Outlook, and Teams
- Experience with Jira or other project management systems and tools is a plus
- Interest in retail, marketing, creative operations, or e-commerce preferred
