Job Overview:
Driven role focused on bringing strategy to life quickly and effectively across multiple markets. Beyond executing campaigns and activations, this role will play a critical part in establishing and strengthening marketing processes in an organization where structures are still evolving. The ideal candidate combines hands-onexecution ability with a builder’s mindset, ensuringspeed today while helping shape smoother, more scalable ways of working for tomorrow.
Role Name: Brand Manager
Reporting to: Marketing Head – IB
Location: Ajman, UAE (iD IB Corporate Office)
Key Responsibilities
Brand Execution & Activation
- Lead the planning and executionof events, sponsorships, and consumer activations across international markets.
- Drive impactful digital marketing campaigns and eCommerce initiatives, ensuring strongKPIs (traffic, conversion, engagement, sales).
- Adapt and localizeglobal/regional brand strategies for market-specific execution.
Category Penetration & Brand Trials
- Develop and executeprograms that increase household penetration and frequency of purchase.
- Drive trial-generation campaigns(sampling, digital-first offers,event activations, eCommerce trials) to expand consumer base.
- Leverage insights to identify barriersto penetration and design tacticalsolutions.
Geographic Expansion
- Support the launch and establishment of brands in new markets, ensuring cultural relevanceand consumer connection.
- Build brand awareness and affinity in underdeveloped or new geographies through tailored activations and digital-first initiatives.
- Partner with commercial teams to ensure strong distribution and visibility in new markets.
Commercialization of Products
- Support the launch and roll-out of new productsdeveloped by NPD/R&D teams.
- Drive market readinessincluding packaging, launch toolkits, and activation materials.
- Ensure effective in-market commercialization in partnership with cross-functional teams.
Process Building &Agility
- Identify gaps in current executionprocesses and proposepractical improvements.
- Create repeatable playbooks, templates, and ways of workingto accelerate execution.
- Balance agilitywith building sustainable systems that enable scale across countries.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with supply chain, finance, operations, and regional salesto ensure seamlessexecution.
- Act as the coordinator acrossteams to unblockbottlenecks and keep projects on track.
Performance Tracking & Insights
- Monitor campaign, penetration, and trial-generation performance against agreed KPIs.
- Track digital and eCommerce metrics to optimize ongoingprograms.
- Share learnings with leadership to refine future activations and build strongerprocesses.
Agency & Partner Management
- Manage creative, digital, media, and event agenciesto ensure high-quality, on-time delivery.
- Oversee budgets for activations and campaigns, ensuringefficiency and ROI.
Qualifications:
- MBA degree in Marketing, Business,or related field
- 4-7 years of experience in brand management, ideally in FMCG/foodcategories.
- Strong background in digital marketing, eCommerce execution, consumer activations/events.
- Proven ability to drive brand trials,build penetration, and expand into new geographies.
- Experience buildingor formalizing marketing processesand best practices.
- Strong project management, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skillsacross diverse teams.
- Strong culturalawareness and understanding of Middle Easternconsumer behavior.
- Commercial acumen with the abilityto balance creativity, speed, and budget discipline.
