Role Overview

We are looking for a Brand Manager with 3–5 years of experience, ideally in luxury

retail, fashion, jewellery, beauty, lifestyle, or premium consumer brands.

This person will own and manage the brand’s digital and social ecosystem end-to-

end, from content planning and campaign execution to agency coordination, shoot

management, and identifying opportunities to consistently elevate the brand across

platforms

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, creatively sharp, culturally aware,

and deeply invested in building aspirational brand communication.


Key Responsibilitie

sBrand & Social Media Managemen

t Own the end-to-end management of the brand’s digital and social medi

apresenc

e Create and manage monthly content calendars across platform

s Ensure consistency in tone, visual language, storytelling, and brand identit

y Monitor platform performance, trends, and audience engagemen

tCampaign Planning & Executio

n Conceptualise and execute digital campaigns, launches, seasonal moments

,and occasion-based communicatio

n Identify relevant cultural moments, festivals, trends, and opportunities fo

rbrand participatio

n Work closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensur

etimely executio

nContent & Shoot Coordinatio

n Coordinate and manage shoots including campaign shoots, product shoots

,festive content, and social-first conten

t Work with photographers, stylists, production teams, influencers, and creativ

epartner

s Oversee content output from ideation to final deliver

yAgency & Vendor Managemen

t Coordinate with creative, media, influencer, production, and digital agencie

s Review deliverables and ensure quality control across all asset

s Drive timelines, feedback loops, approvals, and execution efficienc

yStrategy & Growt

h Continuously identify ways to improve brand communication and digita

lpresenc

e Stay updated on luxury, fashion, jewellery, retail, and social media trend

s Bring fresh ideas for content formats, collaborations, influencer activations

tCross-Functional Coordinatio

n Work closely with the E-commerce team to ensure seamless alignmen

tbetween marketing campaigns and online availability, including produc

treadiness, offer visibility, e-commerce specific promotions, and timel

Requiremen

ts 3–5 years of experience in brand management, social media, digit

almarketing, or content strate

gy Prior experience in luxury retail, jewellery, fashion, beauty, or premium/lifesty

lebrands preferr

ed Strong understanding of Instagram, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter/

X,Pinterest, and evolving digital platforms, with the agility to adapt to emergi

me Working knowledge of tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, Goog
