Brand & Concept Development

• Lead day-to-day brand management activities for Greenhouse concept centers, including positioning, value proposition, messaging frameworks, and tone of voice.

• Partner with external agencies to support development of concept brand foundations and external concept naming.

• Ensure brand intent is clearly translated into creative, messaging, and experience design inputs.

Consumer Insight & CSAT

• Design and manage consumer research initiatives, including qualitative, quantitative, and behavioral research.

• Own CSAT strategy for Greenhouse concept centers, including survey setup, execution, and integration across digital and in-center experiences.

• Monitor experience performance and donor sentiment, identifying key drivers of satisfaction and opportunity areas.

Strategy Translation & Activation

• Translate consumer insight, testing results, and CSAT findings into clear, actionable recommendations that improve donor experience, brand perception, and satisfaction.

• Support development of consumer marketing and go-to-market plans for concept center pilots.

• Contribute to test-and-learn initiatives, evaluate results, and apply insights to refine future concepts.

Cross Functional Partnership

• Partner closely with Digital Experience teams to ensure brand and experience consistency across platforms.

• Collaborate with Operations partners to align brand intent with in-center delivery.

• Work with the broader Greenhouse project team to support innovation, experimentation, and concept evolution.

Required

• 6–8 years of experience in brand management, consumer marketing, experience strategy, or related roles.

• Demonstrated experience supporting brand positioning, consumer research, and CSAT or customer experience measurement.

• Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to synthesize insight into actionable recommendations.

• Experience partnering cross-functionally and influencing without direct authority.

• Clear communicator comfortable presenting findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Preferred

• Agency management or agency-side experience.

• Experience working in test-and-learn, pilot-driven, or concept innovation environments.

• Exposure to regulated or high-consideration consumer categories.
