Just Miss Cosmetics is a growing beauty brand passionate about delivering high-quality cosmetics that celebrate individuality. We believe beauty should be accessible, expressive, and joyful. We're looking for a driven Brand Manager to help take our brand to the next level across offline and digital channels.
As Brand Manager, you will be the custodian of the Just Miss brand, Responsible for building brand equity, managing our distributor network, and driving performance across e-commerce channels. You'll work cross-functionally with sales, creative, and trade marketing teams to ensure a consistent and compelling brand experience wherever customers encounter us.
What you will do :
Brand Management
• Develop and execute brand strategies aligned with the company's overall business goals
• Manage brand identity, messaging, and positioning across all touchpoints
• Lead integrated marketing campaigns from concept through execution
• Monitor brand health metrics and competitive landscape; translate insights into action
• Collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling content and campaign materials
• Plan and manage the brand's annual marketing budget and ensure ROI accountability
Offline Distributor Management
• Manage and grow relationships with offline distributors and retail trade partners
• Coordinate product launches, promotions, and in-store visibility activities
• Monitor distributor sell-in and sell-out performance; proactively address gaps
Develop trade marketing materials and brand guidelines for in-store execution
E-Commerce (Third-Party Platforms)
• Oversee brand presence and performance on third-party e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop)
• Collaborate with e-commerce partners to optimize product listings, content, and promotions
• Analyze online sales data and platform metrics to identify growth opportunities
• Ensure brand consistency and visual standards across all digital storefronts
What we are looking for :
• Minimum 3 years of experience in beauty or cosmetics industry
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Proven track record managing offline distributors or trade marketing programs
• Hands-on experience working with third-party e-commerce platforms in Indonesia
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales and campaign data
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Creative mindset with a genuine passion for beauty and cosmetics
• Able to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
