True Glue Beauty is a clean lash adhesive brand founded by entrepreneur Emily Lyons. We launched after Emily discovered that most conventional lash glues contained harsh chemicals, and built a gentler, non-toxic alternative that performs. Today True Glue is sold in major retail and is poised for its next stage of growth.

We are a small, founder-led company. That means real ownership, real impact, and the chance to shape a beauty brand from the inside out. It also means rolling up your sleeves, wearing multiple hats, and operating without the agency support, big teams, or polished processes you'd find at a larger brand.

The Role

We are hiring our first Brand Manager to own True Glue end to end. You will report directly to the founder and be responsible for growing the brand across every channel. This is a hands-on, builder role for someone who wants to run a brand, not sit in meetings about one.

Your scope will include:

  • Leading packaging redesign and brand evolution in partnership with designers and suppliers
  • Managing inventory planning, product ordering, and supplier relationships
  • Owning customer support, brand voice in DMs, email, and reviews
  • Building and executing the marketing calendar across Instagram, TikTok, email, and paid social
  • Driving sell-through with existing retail partners and identifying new retail and DTC growth opportunities
  • Working with influencers, content creators, and PR to grow brand awareness
  • Tracking performance across Shopify, Klaviyo, and Meta Ads, and using data to make decisions
  • Maintaining brand consistency across every touchpoint, from packaging to pixel

Who You Are

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in beauty, CPG, e-commerce, or a fast-moving consumer brand
  • You have strong taste and can show it. We will ask for your point of view on packaging, content, and brand direction
  • You are scrappy, resourceful, and operate well without a playbook
  • You have hands-on experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta Ads, and Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
  • You write well and can hold a brand voice across channels
  • You think commercially. You can read a P&L, calculate a margin, and connect marketing decisions to revenue
  • You want to grow with a brand, not just work at one

Compensation

Base salary plus meaningful equity that vests over four years with a one-year cliff. Quarterly performance bonus tied to revenue milestones. This is a role designed for someone who wants to bet on a brand early and grow with it.
