Key Responsibilities

Brand Growth & Strategy

  • Develop brand positioning and drive sustainable growth of the sport brand & product (Apparel / Equipment) through strategic brand management.
  • Study and understand sports insight, trends, competitive, and consumer behavior translate into actionable brand strategies.
  • Develop business opportunities, market segments, competitive analysis, and trends to strengthen brand identity and revenue according to the company's goal.

Product Innovation & Development

  • Lead product innovation (Features, Function, Technology Material), define direction, and work closely with across departments (Planning, Design, Product Development, Merchandising).
  • Manage product development pipeline productivity (Cost/Supplier/Production Management) for delivery quality aligned with client requirements.

Brand Communication & Marketing

  • Build and strengthen brand communication by developing and executing integrated marketing strategies.
  • Plan and manage seeding strategies, athlete/influencer/ambassador, and partnerships to develop brand loyalty.
  • Oversee social media direction and content production tools to promote the brand consistently across channels.
  • Collaborate with the MarCom, Creative, Content, Seeding, and Production teams to promote product-aligned messaging and visuals.

Cross-functional Collaboration & Execution

  • Work closely with Sales, E-commerce, Retail, and VM teams to ensure strong go-to-market execution.
  • Lead product launches, campaigns, and activations to build brand community.
  • Monitor campaign performance and brand KPIs to continuously optimize strategy.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in Brand Manager, Merchandiser, Marketing, Business Development, and If you have experience in the sports retail business is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of sport insights and trends, and able to apply to performance product development. (Sport Apparel and Equipment).
  • Strong Strategic Thinking, Leadership & Team Management, Project Management, Problem Solving, Ownership, and Teamwork.
  • Being passionate about football, running, or Sports is a plus.
  • On Site 100%
