About Us:

Tanya Creations is seeking a trend-focused Brand Manager to lead a fashion jewelry and hair accessories business. This role is ideal for a creative, analytical, and highly organized brand leader who understands fast-fashion trends, Gen Z consumer behavior, and the importance of turning market insights into high-performing product assortments.

Position Overview:

The Brand Manager will own end-to-end brand strategy, seasonal assortment planning, product development, licensor communication, and go-to-market execution. This position will partner closely with design, merchandising, sourcing, sales, and production teams to create trend-right collections, monitor business performance, and ensure products meet brand standards, quality expectations, cost goals, and timing requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Own end-to-end brand strategy across fashion jewelry and hair accessories, driving cohesive product storytelling aligned with fast-fashion trends and Gen Z consumer behavior.

·        Lead seasonal assortment planning and product development by translating runway trends, social media insights, and sales data into high-turn, trend-right collections.

·        Write PTFs and review product direction with Design and Sales teams.

·        Partner cross-functionally with design, merchandising, and sourcing teams to develop exclusive collections that meet aesthetic, quality, and cost expectations.

·        Analyze weekly sell-through, inventory levels, and market trends to quickly react to successful items, underperforming styles, and production needs.

·        Drive go-to-market strategy, including packaging, branding, and in-store/online presentation to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.

·        Identify whitespace opportunities in the assortment, such as Y2K, coquette, festival, and seasonal capsules, and launch targeted collections to capture incremental sales.

·        Monitor competitors brand benchmarks of competitors.

·        Support omnichannel growth by aligning in-store and eCommerce strategies, ensuring consistency across product imagery, copy, and digital merchandising.

·        Support the sales team in buyer meetings and line reviews by developing product presentations, trend decks, and assortment strategies tailored for the Brand.

·        Serve as the primary point of contact with the licensor, managing communication across design, merchandising, and production to ensure alignment with brand standards and timely execution.

·        Oversee the end-to-end sample approval process with the licensor, including concept, prototype, and TOP sample submissions, while incorporating feedback to meet aesthetic, quality, and compliance requirements.

Qualifications:

·        Experience in brand management, merchandising, product development, or a related fashion/accessories role.

·        Strong understanding of fast-fashion trends, Gen Z consumer behavior, and the fashion jewelry/hair accessories market.

·        Ability to translate trend research, social media insights, sales data, and market feedback into actionable assortment strategies.

·        Strong analytical skills with experience reviewing sell-through, inventory levels, pricing, and competitive activity.

·        Excellent cross-functional communication skills with the ability to partner with design, sales, merchandising, sourcing, production, and licensors.

·        Comfortable creating product presentations, trend decks, assortment recaps, and buyer-facing materials.

·        Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple seasonal priorities, samples, and timelines at once.

·        Experience working with licensors, retailers, or national accounts preferred.

Compensation:

·        Salary range: $75,000.00 to $100,000.00 based on prior experience.

·        On-site position
